QVC ruined my present to my sister!!!

My little sister has been on me to get her a "starter" kit from BE. So for Christmas I did the bill to, ship to and sent her the "fair" starter kit. Or at least thats what it was SUPPOSED to be! I had my mom wrap it for her since Im in AL and shes in TX. When she opened it up Christmas morning it was for "golden deep" instead of "fair"!!!!!!

Im headed to call CS to see how the heck theyre gonna fix this! Im so ticked that they ruined the surprise and also the experiance a girl has when she first tries BE. {#emotions_dlg.angry} We were gonna skype so I could teach her how to use it.
