Yes that is a problem. You always have to check to make sure they do not charge you their $6.95 return charge if you didn't use their label. It happens. I just remind myself to check after it has been returned. I'm glad that you getting the correct refund and that you stayed on top of it.

I always follow up and make sure they refund everything they're supposed to. It's happened enough times that the amount was incorrect, that I check to make sure it is!
