QVC is AWESOME!

So, I just received in my 3 piece scented Josie Maran Bath & Body Oils... well sort of. The box looked soaked and I knew it couldn't be a good sign. All I had to do was dig into the box (no cutting utensil needed) and the box literally came apart. The oils had leaked out of the bottles, soaking the box and leaving me without hydration! I called QVC up and they immediately sent me a replacement! YAY for QVC! At least my box smelt good!
