QVC iPhone app problem

When I watch live QVC TV on my iPhone I don't get any sound and the sound is up on my phone. I've watched before and never had a problem. It worked one day and the next it didn't. I even deleted the app and then downloaded it again and still no sound. Great picture but no sound. anyone else have this problem?
