In Dec. I ordered the gallon jug in lavendar. I'm very happy with the fragrance, however, the hosts that presented it said you can change the frangrance on the next shipment. I wanted to change to another one, called customer service, was told by a Chris, there was a note that you cannot change. I told her then the hosts should not be announcing it or they should honor it. She would not change the fragrance for me. I order alot of items from QVC. Maybe I won't be in the future....
