QVC cancelled my auto delivery.

QVC cancelled my last auto delivery shipment of a 4 piece set of Dr. Denese's Hydroshield.  I know that QVC cancelling auto deliveries has happened to many other people.  The thing that really upsets me, is that it is still available as a one time shipment.  My auto delivery plan was $129.00 and I had one shipment to go.  The exact same thing is still available on QVC for $169.00.

I had several emails with the Social team, and they stated that they can not substitute one time shipments for auto delivery.  I don't see why not.  It is the exact same product.

You would THINK that QVC would appreciate and honor their commitments to customers who opt for auto delivery and fill their orders first.  You would also think that knowing what orders they have to fill, that Dr. Denese would make sure there was enough product to fill orders.  This is not the first time a Dr. Denese auto delivery has been cancelled on me, and the last one was pre Covid.

I am just venting here, and I know this is not a catastrophe.  I just think this is not very good customer service on their part.

I don't see why they can't do the one time shipment for auto delivery either.  I would say it's strictly because they don't want to honor the price.

Nothing to do with your auto delivery, but I have wondered if Dr. Denese had products in that North Carolina warehouse because she has a lot of things on waitlist and I don't think she's had any big blowout sales.

Oh, but read here that her company was sold.  Wonder if they won't honor it.  And now wondering if they will change the formula.

@Tadaki That could be - that the product was in the fire.  But if her stuff was in that warehouse, I would think they would tell me when I questioned the social team.

@Tadaki Gosh I had not read that her company was sold.  Maybe she decided to cash out.  I use several of her products and like them very much.  In fact, my auto delivery of the facial firming pads is on backorder (just like the hydro shield was before it was cancelled), so I hope that is not cancelled as well.

Re: QVC cancelled my auto delivery.

I pretty much figure both companies agree on the price for auto-deliveries and when it's cancelled early, one company or the other cannot afford to swallow the loss.

I also thought I would have one more AD on the Dr. D, but in a way, I am happy to have it stop early because soon after they had that TSV, I ordered from PTR and then recently from Josie.

Had already decided to skip one or more orders in the coming months --  someone did it for me.  I know I have enough already for the rest of 2022 and if the AD's on PTR and Josie come through, all of 2023 and maybe longer will be done, too.  Will just need sunscreen at some point.

@Puppy Lips...... I know sometimes we are due an AD shipment and we don't necessarily need it.  If this is a shipment that you do need/want, call "The Office of the President".  They DO have the power "to make it right." Leave a message, I just said my name, I have a problem, and left my phone number.  They WILL call you back.  This is their job! They are the last line of customer service!!

@Puppy Lips

I'm sorry this has happened.  It's not good business imo.  I can't add anything or help, but just wanted to say how CUTE your user name is.  I love it.

I got an email today that QVC was canceling my Calista Root Coverup powder. It seems they have been canceling a lot of ADs lately.

Re: QVC cancelled my auto delivery.

I would truly understand it if it was availability (due to the fire or vendor), but they push, push, push AD, lock in your price!  But to just cancel it and it’s fully available at a much higher price is just wrong.

When I saw the “gold” hydro shield duo this week, at $149, I even thought, there was 2 large and two travel size duo not long ago for either 119 or 129.  It was a tsv, big deal or bonus buy I think.

I have a four oz hydroshield that I have been using for quite a while.  I use it daily, and it lasts and lasts.  I use it once a day.  They say it’s a four month supply, but for me it lasts longer than 4 months.  I am on my last bottle.
