Chaz' company has to deliver product. If he wants to sell, he better keep product in QVC's warehouses because once I have to go elsewhere to buy something, I probably won't come back.
I like WEN, but I also find my hair looks and feels just fine when I leave the salon once a month, so I wouldn't be averse to buying something there if I were out of WEN, 613 or other. There's nothing magic about WEN or not magic enough for me to start looking for it to buy elsewhere.
WEN is truly something I buy from QVC because of the "C" in convenience.

I had the very same "contact CS" message on my order info that Tess70 had, when it was time for my 32 oz. seasonal (Spring Orange Blossom) to ship! When I called, it was that same credit card "error", which, while I spoke to the CS, she put it through again and it went right through. My order was released right away and I got the WEN a few days later. I NEVER have an issue with credit cards, so I'm gonna say, it's a problem the Q was having processing credit card payments.
How embarrassing when WE check to see where in the heck our shipment is (because they sure never bothered to call OR send an email) and find a message like that on our order info, call and get told there "was a problem with your credit card". No, Q, there WASN'T.

She apologized for the inconvenience and is going to place a $10 credit on my account for future use! Now that is great CS!

The A.D. 613 I ordered in (2nd Gallon) arrived today! I'm so glad.
SUGGESTION ABOUT PUMPS
I'm new to WEN (9 - 2013) and 613 is the only thing I've bought in a Gallon size, however the pump that arrived today is NOTHING like the one I got back in September. The 1st pump has a fairly long (4 - 5 inch) pump handle and a large tube. It looks like the ones you see in salons.
The one that arrived today is only slightly larger than the pump on the 32 oz. it is black, and the extension tube is almost the same size of the one in the 32oz CC. It fits the gallon, but doesn't look as if it will have much pulling power.
If you have the larger gallon size pumps at home you may want to save them until you check out the pump in your next gallon order.
I don't know if this is a change, or a one time thing.

I had this happen to me recently with my 32 oz A-D of SOB. Order status said contact CS. My card had available funds at all times....I called and was told it was a credit card problem but it went through while I was on the phone.
I was really annoyed about it for about a week...finally got my SOB today.

I had the same issue and I called, they fixed it and now I have my second gallon.

From what I can piece together apparently the day that the second (and final) 613 gallon shipment was supposed to have been released for shipment, QVC had a massive computer error and all of our credit cards were denied--mine included. That was why we got the "Contact Customer Service" notice on our orders. I would not have known about this if I hadn't been reading this forum and found others discussing it and checked my own order. I suppose if you hadn't contacted customer service within a specified time period (because you assumed your order was in the process of being shipped, having already received an email thanking you for it), they automatically cancel the shipment.
I guess from now on, I'll be checking the orders for my auto-shipments a little more closely.
ETA: Since QVC assuredly knew about this error soon after receiving several (probably irate) phone calls from their customers, you would think they would have send out messages to those affected to check their orders and contact customer service ASAP so that their orders would not eventually be canceled.
