Called customer service and they said my shipment was delayed because of a credit card error - she said it was fine/payment went through and it will be shipped out shortly. Luvs2scrap - you may want to call back and see if it was the same issue as mine. Customer service rep didn't say anything about it not being ""in stock"" or anything.

Other people have had problems with their credit card expiring so they were sent an email from QVC. Perhaps you received this email and didn't notice it. You may need to contact customer service and update your credit card. Otherwise, contact customer service and if the first person doesn't help, request a supervisor. Good Luck.

The A-D person should be first in line, then everyone else. How can they promise A-D, then claim they or sold out. I would think it would be the opposite. Some may cancel their order, and then Q ends up with more to sell. I can understand having your order delayed but not droped.

Mine is still set to ship April 8th, it was set for april 2nd, but it was changed with no notice to me. I am so frustrated, annoyed, and sad just from worrying about purchasing a product. Should be a fun, good experience, not something you have to fret over and wonder about.
I suspect it's because the gallons are coming in June, and 613 gallons will be included as a 'core', so Q reasons why send out a bunch now, and a bunch in a few weeks. Just my exasperated spin on it.

"I finally spoke to a supervisor. She told me that it doesn't matter if we order early or not. All orders are thrown into the pot and the customer's "place in line" is thrown away and "all orders are then attempted to be processed." That shocked me but maybe that's how it had worked all along. I guess I've just been lucky so far."
