Called customer service and they said my shipment was delayed because of a credit card error - she said it was fine/payment went through and it will be shipped out shortly. Luvs2scrap - you may want to call back and see if it was the same issue as mine. Customer service rep didn't say anything about it not being ""in stock"" or anything.

I have been having a long string of problems with the Q since Fall and it just keeps getting worse so nothing surprises me. They are shipping things way ahead of shipment dates or not shipping at all. Right now I'm dealing with an order that they were shipping way too early I called them and they wound up cancelling the order. I cannot get any satisfaction from CS and I am very upset because this particular order was an advanced order since January. The corporate phone has been disconnected so my guess is many are experiencing similar problems. I didn't do my holiday shopping on the Q for this very reason and now it looks like I will be cutting down on my beauty orders too. I am sick and tired of their CS. Last week when I called to inquire why this order was cancelled the CS rep thought it was funny. When I told her to look at my account to see how much money I spent each month with the Q she didn't seem to care in the least. Oh, I forgot I am not a VIP as I was told in the Fall. Shame on the Q.

That is SO WRONG! AD is a commitment on the Q's part. I can't imagine Wen has run out of 613 gallons. I think it is a pricing issue , and if you push hard enough, you'll get your gallons.

Other people have had problems with their credit card expiring so they were sent an email from QVC. Perhaps you received this email and didn't notice it. You may need to contact customer service and update your credit card. Otherwise, contact customer service and if the first person doesn't help, request a supervisor. Good Luck.

The A-D person should be first in line, then everyone else. How can they promise A-D, then claim they or sold out. I would think it would be the opposite. Some may cancel their order, and then Q ends up with more to sell. I can understand having your order delayed but not droped.

Mine is still set to ship April 8th, it was set for april 2nd, but it was changed with no notice to me. I am so frustrated, annoyed, and sad just from worrying about purchasing a product. Should be a fun, good experience, not something you have to fret over and wonder about.

I suspect it's because the gallons are coming in June, and 613 gallons will be included as a 'core', so Q reasons why send out a bunch now, and a bunch in a few weeks. Just my exasperated spin on it.{#emotions_dlg.glare}
