QVC Shipping Charges

Hi Ladies,

I love all the good prices and products that the Q brings to us, but I think the shipping charges are way too high. You get a discount on what you are buying, but by the time you add the shipping its the same price. You have to pay the shipping to and return.

I think QVC could do so much better on their rates and really make all the buys exceptional.

My go to shopping store "Nordstrom" has free shipping to and return. Nordstrom is a hugh chain of high end stores and they really take care of their customers.

I wish that QVC could do better, what do any of you think about this?

Shipping prices are very high. HSN has free shipping on most of their items. I don't understand why they charge shipping for each item ordered when items are ordered in one transaction. Please reconsider cutting prices on your shipping QVC

Shipping charges seem to be high everywhere. What I'm finding with qvc is it's taking forever to get my items. I used to get everything I ordered within a week. Sems now it sits in pending status for 3-5 days prior to shipping. I've been writing it off to possible vacation time (which everyone is more than entitled to) but if it continues i'll be shopping elsewhere.

And we are still not happy with the shipping charges!

I'm going to thinking positive - QVC had a great clearance sale the other day & the success of that is likely to lead to more of the same... Can experiments in reduced/free shipping be far off? If so, better sales will motivate them to continue. Gotta have hope.
