QVC Customer Serbvice TICKS me off!

Hi kids - hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and I wish you all a happy, healthy and BEautiful New Year. I have to tell you how upset I am with QVC - I have been a loyal customer for 17- 18 years and have never really had a problem that they haven't responded to quickly. However......I purchased the Lisa and Leslie Couture Buxom for my cousin for Christmas...should have arrived on the 20th (nearly 2 weeks after ordering it) of December and I am still without. I have contacted them via email several times and I still have not received any confirmation that they've re-shipped! What's up with that? I contacted them before Christmas to tell them I hadn't gotten it and twice now since Christmas and I can't get anyone to tell that it's been sent?! It's incredibly upsetting as my cousin thinks I am a dead beat for giving her an IOU and STILL not producing the gift!

Sorry - just had to vent as I sent my 4th email complaining!
