*MOST* of my numerous Q (A-D) Beauty items, have become all "back ordered," &/or "cancelled,"
I realize this has been "COVID times," *BUT* this has *not* been any problem, whatsoever, with any of my numerous other Beauty merchants, (incl never with "H").
This Q problem continues.... so I've been ordering beloved, sale, Beauty backups now, & virtually stopped ordering any Q (A/D) Beauty. Just feels like more Q unreliability.
If you've experienced this same Q problem, above, how have u dealt with it? THX!

@TwinkleBell Have you been to a store lately and seen bare shekves? Manufacturers are having problems getting raw materials. Surely you don't thing QVC doesn't want to sell products? Its not just cosmetics; all types of products with AD are being cancelled. I've recently lost my AD food items containing flour.

I'm on AD for 3 or 4 items. I was recently notified that 2 of my items would be shipping soon. Whether they actually will be or not I have not idea, nor is it a worry for me. I'd be more concerned about the flour items Kachina mentioned, especially with the Ukraine war.

@TwinkleBell I've never ordered anything AD. It never seemed like a good deal (sometimes if items would be different in the next deliveries, it was never stated what that would be...colors of makeup, etc). I don't trust the timing of the future items. The one time I signed up for some Philosophy product AD and then decided to cancel, 2 shipments came before it got straightened out. It was nothing to do with COVID and/or the supply chain.

Correct!
The NC warehouse was a major storehouse for beauty!!!
I believe all was lost in tht fire.
I received emails specifically stating the FIRE was the reason my beauty AD have gone to backorder and may NOT be available.
Also, QVC and other retailers all reserve the right to cancel the orders if needed.
If new supply has jumped up in price, they have the right to cancel old AD.

I currently have four active A/D's, three of which are beauty related. I don't anticipate any issues with them. The Laura Geller B-n-B has consistently shipped on schedule for me. I may delay or skip the next shipment, though, since I have enough and just purchased additional Pur Minerals. The others are The second shipment of Supersize Tweak'd Shampoo & Conditioner, and the second shipment of the Tarte TSV.

I just received a letter about the Lancer A-D being a question as it is stored at the Rocky Mountain facility. I wish they would have given some tenetaive time line so I could decided to cancel or order from another line.
I have noticed that on other auto deliveries for a variety of products that the ship dates are a mess. One or two will be missed but then I recieve two deliveries within the same week. I've been cancelling all furture shipments of those because it does not work storage wise or budget wise.
I just wish they was a bit more information so the customers could make a decidion that best works for their needs.

I hadn't thought abt the fire that i see referred to on the Q website, until y'all mentioned it here.
I hardly ever receive Q letters abt future shipments,delays, or cancellations anymore. I have to just keep checking my Q "Order Status" to get a clue what might be going on.
