We don't HAVE to use a serum - correct?

BUT with a peptide serum it WILL speed up / give faster results ?

So if you DO use a peptide serum BEFORE - do you rinse your face afterwards ? THEN apply your normal skincare regime ?

OR leave & apply your normal skincare regime?

OR is your peptide serum your normal skincare item ? do you apply more afterwards ?

ALSO - when I first turned mine on and put it on my face EYE area it was not warm or hot - should I let it warm for a few minutes first ?

Do you wear the goggles ?

What I did tonight was:

cleansed with SSC vitamin c

applied SKINN's sten rejen

did the light stem

THEN - applied SKINN's PM serum & moisturizer
