Q re: the deep cleansing foam

I know many of you have, use and love the deep cleansing foam. My Q is, how to you apply/use - with your fingers, wash cloth, Clarasonic, or other? I got a sample from the BE boutique on Tues and used a wash cloth last night, which didn't do well, and the Clarisonic tonight, which did great. And with just a very small amount. Still deciding how I like it as compared to my Purity. I think the foam is NOT for cleaning eye make up like you can with the other cleanser BE has? TIA!
