Why is Purity cleanser gone from the QVC website?

@ccj on a recent Philosophy QVC livestream Lisa Tancredi the rep said with the new formulation change and latest batch the consistency is very runny and they were getting customer complaints. So they pulled all of the Purity products and redoing it so it’s the correct consistency, I think she mentioned they’re hoping for Purity to be back in September sometime.

Thank you for the update...I have been on Auto Delivery of the 32oz. for years & have noticed the change...it is very thin/watery...So glad that it is being addressed.  Not happy with the change & hopefully it will be back soon to the old formula that is the best!

Now, if they'd only listen to their Amazing Grace customers and add a little more Amazing to the Grace, so the scent would last.

I guess I was lucky to get a 16 oz. bottle from the Philosophy website before they changed the formula.  It will last me a long time.

Whatcha wanta bet the last "newest" Philosophy Purity, (before now) "formulation" was to make it cheaper?  (As in "Less Amazing in the Amazing Grace.")

I have some saved, cherished Amazing Grace EDP from awhile back ago, & the scent lasts a longgg time!  "Amazing" the difference.
