Pur tinted moisturizer sticker on tube?

I purchased a Pur tinted moisturizer at Ulta today. When home, I removed the tube from its box, I noticed it had a sticker on the side. It said "This was intended for sale at Shoppers Drug Mart. If found elswhere, call 1-800-746-7737." What do you think is going on, here?

I would call Pur CS and tell them.

I called and they said that Shoppers Drug Mart is in Canada and that Ulta must have received the order by mistake. She said that some things for Canada must be labeled a little differently for their laws. But, she said it's the same thing as we would get here and to use it.

That is how some makeup is labeled when it ends up at the dollar stores.
