Pump issues with Dec TSV

I gave my DD SHP from the Dec tsv and we can't get the pump to work. Anyone else having issues with the pump?

I haven't had any issues yet *knock on wood*, but I'm pretty sure if you call QVC customer service they will send you a new pump for no charge.

Yeah, I had gotten bottles of Wen with lousy pumps. I just use one that's already in use in place of the bad one. I have quite a stock so I have a pile of pumps lying around, I just use one of those now. You could call QVC and I think they'll send you one. I mean it's only fair. It's really strange, the pump doesn't pump! There probably is a way to get it to work, Chaz was saying that but I forgot the explanation of how to do it. To me it's not worth diddling with it. However, yes, it's happened to me. Smile

I've gotten a few defective pumps over the years with WEN. Call QVC customer service - they have always sent replacement pumps at no cost to me.

Half the pumps do not work. I save the ones that do.

I love my WEN products but their pumps are awful, seems like they are way too short or something. Always something going wrong with them, they need to look into this problem already, we pay enough for the stuff, it should not be a hassle to work with.

I have never had issues with a pump, I always make sure I unlock and twist it open before I put it in the bottle, customer service is very good about sending replacements I have needed for other items....it seems like many others must of gotten ones like you that don't work tho..good luck..

Several years ago I was given a sample pack of four scents. All of the pumps failed.

Twist open the pump before you put it in the bottle by holding on to the white base below the screw top and twisting the pump. There's a great picture showing how to do this here:
