Puffy eyes

I really need some ideas. I moved recently and I don't know why but my under eye area is puffier than usual. I have sinus issues and take allegra so nothing changed there. I haven't been laying on my left side but that is where the bags are worse. I need something that will work immediately to bring down the puffiness. I've used Benefit, Estee Lauder, PTR, Underology (sorry if I got that wrong), Kinerase, you name it and I tried it. Help!!!! I'm about ready to just buy a cucumber for my eyes. I also eat healthy and drink water. Ughhhhh.
