I have been eating too many salty foods lately and I know that's why my eyes puff. But what a good and fast fix so I don't look like this in the morning.... If I had some time before work I could lay down with a cold facecloth on my eyes but some mornings are just hectic... Let me know who has some ideas....

I think something with caffeine would work. I used to use one that I loved, and you could actually feel it working but they don't make it anymore. I think it was philosophy but I could be mistaken. You can find lots of eye creams with caffeine in them online.

Also, it helps, when you wash your face in the morning to end with some ice cold water splashes to the eye area. It actually feels good on my "morning" eyes and helps to open my sinuses too.

This actually had good reviews. Also it works quickly:

The super-charged, caffeinated cream with instant effects. De-puffs, erases the look of dark circles, firms, soothes and softens skin around the eye. Special optics act like magic to fade away lines.

I'm thinking of trying this, since it's all organic and 100% caffeine and it's about $11 cheaper than MAC.

Dickinson's Witch Hazel works for me.

Never thought of this. Do you just dab on with cotton ball?

Yes. I love it as a skin tightener and it's cheap. It's also good for cuts.
