Problem with return

I have never made a return to Q before so I am new at this. I ordered the pure grace perfume and bath set and it stunk to high heck so I get my ups return label seal up the box and bring it to ups. When the lady checks it she says this is not a return label and when I looked it did read ship to me. So I had to pay $10.91 to return this. When I contacted Q they said the only way they pay for returns is if it is their fault such as wrong size or color. Is this true? I am out $10.91 for this garbage?! What about what it cost to ship to me is that going to be refunded to me or not? So I guess WRONG SMELL does not count right? lol I have learned a lesson here for sure if this is true. Please someone respond and let me know if this is right.
