Hello, I wonder if anyone else faced this problem last week. I tried placing an order a few times (6 to be exact!) on the Ulta website, but everytime I hit the submit button, I got an error message saying that there was a problem and my order couldn't be completed. I tried using my Debit card, credit card, Paypal etc.. ( I really wanted to take advantage of the 40% off on Revlon and NYX...LOL....) But no matter what method I used, I got the same error message eveytime. I had more than enough funds in the bank, so that wasn't the reason for the error message. When I logged into my ban a/c online I saw that my funds had been placed on hold 6 times..
...I was really worried...I called ULTA CS and they said that the hold would fall off in about 5 business days...but they couldn't exactly figure out why the orders didn't go through...The CS associate said that it could be that I misspelt my address or something monir like that...but I checked...everything was in order..Anyway...long story short...I wasn't able to order from them because of this...but the hold did fall off...so my account wasn't charged...whicch was a relief. But I was really surprised that this happened and they didn't know why.
