Problem with Philosophy pumps

i have used the Fresh Cream Olive Oil Scrub for several years.  For the past few months the pumps in the bottles give out and freeze.  I contacted CS and I was sent a new bottle and because I was charged for I send it back.  So, luckily I saved a cap and use that.  I pour out the scrub.  I am waiting on a smaller bottle and I will try to use that. I also received an email that there is a delay in the AD of this scrub.  Has anyone had problems with the bottle pump?

@QVCPhobe  - I use the bath gel and the lotion in Amazing Grace and have never had a any pump issues.

Some of my pumps were freezing up.  I read that if you apply a little glycerin to the working mechanism, it frees the action again.  I tried it.  It helped.
