Problem Resetting Tarte Website Password

Tarte is having their birthday celebration over the next days, and will post a special a day. The problem is, I can’t shop because they have recently done some upgrades and you have to reset your password and I can’t get them to email me a link in order to do it. I have tried half a dozen times today without any luck. They have no phone number, but I did email them and messaged them on Facebook. Is anyone else having a problem resetting their password on the Tarte site?

I had trouble too.  Since they have my holy grail in mascara, I checked out as a guest and ordered anyway.  If there are some things you want, you might try that.  don't forget Mr. Rebates - it's 5% for Tarte today!

I was able to get Tarte's phone number, and they said they were having problems with some people's emails. She said to just create a new account and it would go through okay. I did and it's fine now.
