Are you seeing a derm for your rosacea? If not, I think it could help to go. There are a lot of different things they can prescribe. I have taken Floristor for years, primarily for my stomach. It hasn't done anything to help rosacea. Also, I eat greek yogurt a lot -- don't see that this helps either.
I have redness and the red bumps (which resemble blemishes) and I was prescribed Metrocream. It does seem to help a lot. If your skin is oilier, they would probably prescribe the gel form.
I was recently told by my derm. that niacinomide (sp) supplements can help. You can purchase this OTC. He said taking 500 mg. x a day is what he would recommend. I haven't tried it yet so I can't say if it works.
I know there are many skin products on the market which has niacinomide in it. So, maybe these are some options.
