I started using these wipes that are made with silver and honey. They technically are made for horses/dogs, but I tried them for myself. I did notice a difference in the bumps on my forehead.
Just look up "silver and honey" and the site should come up.

@AngelPuppy1 Yes, I'm seeing a dermatologist. She gave me a steroid cream to use on my face when I get the breakouts, but I'm breaking out all the time now. She didn't recommend any other prescriptions. I could ask though. I took Metrocream years ago for a while and it didn't help. I used to only have the redness, but these days the bumps are there too.
I'll look into the niacinamide - thanks!

I eat Greek Yogurt (plain and flavored) every morning. I always add quinoa for fiber. The quinoa expands in the moisture of the yogurt and makes it very easy to eat. Good luck with everything.

The good bacteria in the yogurt needs the fiber to survive in the gut. Without it, their numbers decline and it becomes least effective.
@SilleeMee High fiber diets also require lots of water intake so you won't get "stuffed up". Found that out the hard way. Lol

Different things work for different people. I am less than satisfied with my complexion. Ever since I was diagnosed with rosacea it's been a constant battle! Mine started out as very mild flushing and progressed to broken caps, more redness and then later on I started getting these red spots or pimple type things. It really has done a number on my self esteem and I didn't have a lot to begin with! I was told that short regimens of an antibiotic can help also. For me, the less products I use, the better, and as I said, everything has to be fragrance free. I wish you the best luck!!!

@AngelPuppy1 Sorry to hear about your struggles! I can relate.Your progression of rosacea sounds like mine. The redness started as a teenager. I also have the broken caps and a few of those red dots and lately the bumps. I spent so much money on different products and finally found Dove fragrance free soap and that works pretty well. I'm trying to figure out how to attack the cause since the antibiotics worked for a short time. I'll let everyone know if I find anything that helps!

I had rosacea in my early thirties. My der, Dr. Dennis Gross rec The Power of Three" serum by Replenix. Its Greet tea, Resveratrol, and caffeine (i think) as well as the RX Azalex, which is a 20% Azaleic Acid cream (which I still use 2x/day w/my rx retinoid of choice and LOVE the combo! Gets rid of dark spots lihtening fast!) and to drink freshly (not bottled) green tea like there's no tomorrrow. I drank warm but also use it as my source of water as iced tea. 2.5 months later I was COMPLETELY clear. These days I only use the Azalex and still drink green tea and I only get red when I do heavy cardio. I also use tret/taz religiously so that me also assist. HTH!!!!!!
