Proactiv Supersize A/D??

So, I'm on auto-delivery for the Proactiv Super-Size 4 piece Treatment System. It was submitted on 02/04, with expected delivery date of 2/14, it's STILL PENDING. What is going on, why is it taking so long? Is anyone else having this issue?
