Pro Strong Users-Question

I need some recommendations, please. I didn't realize that ProStrong had so many products to choose from. I am not sure which to choose.

My cuticles are always peeling, and dry. No amount of hand cream, other cuticle cream or oils seem to soften them. They look terrible most of the time! My nails are dry and peel. They just don't grow.
