Primer pump stopped working

I ordered the 4 oz. Champagne tinted primer. The product worked fine for the first few weeks. However, now I can't get any product out when I push down on the pump. I opened the primer and discovered that there is no tube connected to the pump in which to get to all of the primer in the jar. Does anyone have a solution or experienced the same thing?
