Price on Pretty Wild?

I was on a "No Buy" time and was doing well, then I got an email for the Pretty Wild Face Fashion kit! It had the price listed on Q as $31.50. Well My birthday is in 3 weeks so I thought, well heck, it is less than listed on BE.COM so I will give myself a birthday present. It said order here and had a link to order.

I went ahead and ordered it but put it on check because my account was hacked into and I want to really watch ordering ANYTHING online for a bit. Well I ordered off the email and used the number on it and figured I would mail the check in the morning. When they said the price it came out to over $43.00! I checked and sure enough it had charged me the regular price and not the special that was emailed me.

For that much I will drive the hour to the boutique and save on the shipping!

Has anyone else had that happen or is there a code or special number that needed to be used?? I didn't see one but thought I might have missed it. I checked it twice.

Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!
