Pretty Pink Eyeshadow Palette

Just saw this on Amazon.   I think the colors are very pretty.

Re: Pretty Pink Eyeshadow Palette

When someone uses pink eye shadow, it looks like their eyes are swollen or their allergies are acting up.

I see a lot of bloopers with pink eye shadow.  This color is best if used with other colored shadows to get an ombre effect or for highlights.  Used alone...nope, not good for most people.

It looks good if applied correctly.  I never use pink alone.  I've gotten many compliments when wearing pink eyeshadow.

@Boehm Collector . I agree, it can look pretty; pink compliments just about everyone.

But, not everyone knows how to apply it. I have seen some funny applications.

Re: Pretty Pink Eyeshadow Palette

@Boehm Collector   I have to be careful with pink shadow. I use a darker liner than used to so I don't end up with "rabbit eyes". The liner separates the pink from the whites of the eyes. I also need to use a white or ivory liner on the inner bottom water line for the same reason.

Hope you enjoy your palette, though.

Did you get this, @Boehm Collector ?

Those are pretty colors, and very doable in strategic places.

The only way I use pink tones is to lightly shade above my crease for a bit of depth.

Maybe you could also use them for blush.

@Carmie, Yes, I can't do any sort of pink, or any other shadow that has even a hint of red. It instantly looks like I have been crying. I just don't struggle with it.
