Ladies you can NOT buy authentic prescription Tretenoin (retin-a) on eBay!!! I'm a medical Esthetician and this is illegal.

And now reading it is coming from Thailand you are INSANE for using that on your skin! Do you not know that most of what comes from Asiais counterfeit!!! I am a medical Esthetician and you are taking your own health in jeopardy by buying prescriptions from Thailand!!! Not to mention it is ILLEGAL! Good luck with that and when you have a serious issue or burn on your skin then you will have no one to blame but yourself!

Thanks for your input chloesmoma1, but I think we are all adults here and can make our own decisions. We don't need to be scolded like children.

I did not order mine from Asia/Ebay, but that was not my point. My point was, while this is a public forum and your opinion is welcome, the scolding attitude is not.

Even at a drugstore price, I think it's a bargain!

It WORKS and other things are more speculative.

A little goes a very long way, so it lasts a LONG time.

First of all, if it is counterfeit, then why does it work? Secondly, my own esthetician doesn't have any concerns about me using Retin A from Thailand. Third, I am married to a retired plastic surgeon...and he doesn't have any issues with my buying Retin A from Thailand off eBay now that he has seen the results of it. In fact, he uses it himself. If we were going to have any serious burns, surely they would have appeared by now.

People purchase drugs from other countries all the time. Who doesn't want to save money? As long as the drugs are not addictive substances, U.S. customs lets them go through.

Thank you for your concern, but I think my skin is in very capable hands.

Thank you for your post. I can appreciate the spirit in which your comment was intended. My impression is that you are doing it for care and concern for the uninformed or unaware of the dangers that lurk in the spirit is saving a few bucks. There is a reason the USA requires this medication to be regulated by the FDA. It is done for our protection. Proceed with or without caution at your own risk.

Finally, just because a medication does not carry the potential of being addictive does not exclude itself from being dangerous.
