Pre ordering a TSV

Has anyone ever had trouble ordering a TSV early and being charged the regular price? I pre ordered the WEN TSV and was charged $61 instead of the TSV price. I called customer service and they did credit my account with the difference in price and told me to call back in a few days to get the future A-D shipments at the TSV price. So I call, and it all has to be sent to corporate for approval, so I will need to call back in a few more days to see if it is approved. What a mess, I'm a busy professional and don't have time for all these phone calls! So much for efficient customer service! I am truly shocked at QVC, especially after all these years that I have been a loyal customer and never missed a payment! Just needed to vent!
