I use the Isomers Matrixyl-4 serum on targeted areas in the mornig and the Pep-40 cream at night.  I see better results in the targeted areas.  It's really hard to say which is making more of a difference, but for me serums seem to give me better results than creams.  I have not tried the Pep-40 serum yet.  HTH
