Posting problems and cookies?

I am wondering if anyone else is having posting problems. I wrote 2 posts today and they are no where to be found.

Also is anyone else getting a message about cookies. I am being ask to enable them. I have tried and it shows what I did works but I still am seeing this banner on my page. Any one know what's going on?
