Yesterday I was following an active thread that grew to 10 pages.

This morning I checked and it states the posting period had closed.

Is this managed by those who manage the board or are threads on a timer?

Just curious.

There is no posting time. It means webbie is sick of it and may or may not poof the entire thing. Sometimes they leave them there and just don't allow further commenting.
