Porcelain Balance & Brighten

I'm coming to you ladies, because I may have missed this. The new shade of Porcelain is sold out, as we know.

Did Laura mention when it will be available on the Q or at Ulta? (Ulta doesn't have it, I was just there this morning.)

Fair is just too dark for me, I tried it, and my neck is white, and it just is too dark.
