Pop Sonic

Before Christmas, I went on a waitlist order for the two Pop Sonic facial cleaners.  I don't see them available on the website, but I received my "order" recently.  When I opened it, the one box had a small instructional book in it, but the other one did not.  I would have expected they both should have one since they are two separate items.   I then noticed the one that didn't have the book in it, there was  a tannish color of something splashed on the backing (like makeup maybe??).  Has anyone who went on waitlist also recently received their order?  I ordered the color gray.  Not sure if this really came to me as "new" merchandise OR if it is actually a return and as such is really an "as is" item?  Thank you for any feed back.

  It sounds like you got a used one.I would call customer service & arrange for a return & or a replacement.
