It's a dupe for the Le Mieux Skin Perfector which Q sold at one time for $189. This was the old item number A262882 if you want to read about it, has one review.

Gosh, @sligo, thanks for that vote of confidence! I'm blushing!
I used a Clarisonic dupe several years ago and ended up with broken capillaries. I know there are many who like the Clarisonic but after my experience I can't recommend that type of device. From there I went to a genuine Foreo Luna Mini from HSN. In fact, I bought three of them and gave two of them as gifts. It was right around the one year mark and my Foreo Luna bit the dust. That's when I found the dupe on Amazon. There are many there in different shapes but the basics are the same - made with silicone, rechargeable, adjustable speeds, etc. The one I originally purchases was right around $17 and made by Amsell. I've had it a very long time, a lot longer than the Foreo. IMO, it's just a name. Most likely all of these devices are made in the same Chinese factory and different names are embossed on them, including those from Pop Sonic and the one being sold by Consult Beaute, but I digress.
I believe the sonic cleansing tools are more gentle than a Clarisonic yet very effective. From my own personal experience, the combination of my favorite cleansing oil and a sonic silicone cleansing tool helped my rid my complexion of the crud that was creating enlarged pores. A sonic silicone cleansing tool a small investment, gentle on the skin, has adjustable speeds, a built-in timer, and there are no additional costs of ownership or use as is the case with buying replacement brushes for a Clarisonic. Some people believe the sonic cleansing tools provide exfoliation. Maybe they do, but IMO it's minimal so I don't rely on it as my only method. It is advised not to use the device with anything clay based or gritty. I imagine that could negatively impact the silicone nubs. The sonic cleansing tool can also be used to help your treatment products penetrate better by using the smooth side or edge of the tool to massage them in. I don't really recommend a specific brand or style since there are many on Amazon. Some are rounded, some are pointed. I think that's all a matter of preference. If you do an Amazon search for "silicone sonic cleansing", "silicone facial cleanser", or some form of that general idea, you'll see lots of options. Just be sure to get one that is rechargeable.
I recently purchase a real tiny one with a diameter of about 1.5". It's the cutest thing and perfect for travel.
I hope I've answered you sufficiently. If not, feel free to ask any questions.
Good luck and Top o' the Mornin' to ya!

thanks for the info--I have the dupe silicone one as well as the Clarisonic. I wouldn't be without the Mia tho. I use it only at night and use the delicate brush head and have never had any problems with it causing badness to my skin. I also have very dry, sensitive skin that is 63 years old. I mainly use the dupe when I mask for the massaging it does. Doesn't seem to really clean my face, but it feels good.
