Poor customer service at Philosophy

I use several moisturizers and have them all over the house. The last time I tried to use Hope is Not Enough, it smelled bad, plus it was not creamy---just greasy. I called Philosphy customer service and was told to throw it away and buy it over again. At $48, I will throw it away, but will Never buy another Philosophy product. I would have thought they might want me to send the product back so they could see what caused the problem.They are way overpriced anyway, and since they don't stand behind their products, the heck with them.
