I was the OP of the poofed thread. I reposted it in The Q Did What? section and it has not yet been poofed...go there to read it if you are interested. I have been on the phone with CS about this for 3 days, with many promised return calls, none have come. Since they did this (after it was said on air about the free shipping on AD shipments) it is the last straw for me. I am now going to complain more heavily about the very used D&B purse they sent me (paid full, new price), the cleaning product that just arrived half empty in a wet box with an unscrewed lid, and the so-called random easy pay promotion...a CS email sent to me admits it is NOT a random offer but is decided by their marketing team as to who receives the promotion and who does not! So much for random! If QVC wants to keep jerking me around I will take this to the office of the president, and I will post a copy of the email from CS clearly stating how the easy pay promotion is a marketing decision.
I suspect once you ladies read that all h e l l will break loose...
Why dont they just play fair? Be moral and ethical...but all this run around is going to come back to bite QVC in the behind, I think...
Ps I am posting here so more people will see it...boy am I angry!
