Paula’s Choice Clear Line improved my skin greatly when I started using it in my 40s (after trying tons of OTC items and prescriptions from my dermatologist since I was a teen. PC is the only thing that ever helped.) I would say it improved 75%. I also give lots of credit to daily SPF and oily skin for keeping my skin looking young even though I am in my late 50s. 

 

I was also using Retin A for several years, but I finally stopped it 6 months ago. I was a bit hesitant and worried, but so far I have not seen any negative impact on my skin from not using it. I currently alternate nights between BHA & AHA treatments. I still use my SPF moisturizer every morning.
