Plexiderm and water based foundation?

How. Can I tell if a foundation is water based? Plexiderm keeps stressing no oil in foundation after using it. Do you know of any QVC products that are water based? None of the hosts give a clue.

I don't know if it's still being made, but Clinuque used to have a water based foundation called Pore Minimizer. You might need to make a trip to a store with a good cosmetics department, and/or Sephora or Ulta. Surely, some company has what you need. Good luck!

If it sounds too good to bre true, it usually is!! I would not be suckered into a product like this, even though i could use it.

@seedpie I wish I could help you. My only suggestion is to call the companies of your favorite make-up and ask this question. They will be able to guide you. Here's an example, I have lots of allergies and called Lancome & Chanel (these are the two product lines I use), told them my issues. They put me through to what I would call their medical director and I found out what products I could use. Both companies were very helpful. Good Luck!
