Please please please help with my problem !!!!!

I don't know what to do.......I love my Wen, HOWEVER, why is it so terribly hard to rinse out of my hair. I have tried warm water, cool water, hardest focused spray and I just cannot get it all rinsed out. My hair feels dirty. I cannot imagine that people put 1 1/2 pumps back in their hair as a conditioner, that is unbelievable to me. What am I doing wrong??? I have tried all of the suggestions in Q's q&a and none of them helped.
