• They're not bags or skin discoloration, it's shadows caused by my face structure, deep set eyes and gravity
• I'm 65 and have dry skin that has gotten very thin there
• Is there something creamy but that won't get caught in creases as the day wears on?
• I have very sensitive, dry eyes.

@PilatesLover  (thanks @Effie54 ). I'm trying out a new concealer by DRMTLGY....sale happening now...Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41. It's a fluid consistency and the coverage is good, but not heavy. I'm using FAIR and find I don't need concealer over it. It takes care of any darkness and hydrates.

@PilatesLover I'll bet you look great, but start with the Maybelline that the others mentioned. 

It's inexpensive & easy to get.

Then if that doesn't work go to Sephora or Ulta were you can see them, touch them & see the colors.

It doesn't sound like you need too much but it will still take a bit of trial & error to see what you like, maybe.

@PilatesLover  adding another angle on this is you can also do a super ez check yourself to see if your circles are pigment related or a circulation type. Pinch your under eye lightly, if the circle color changes to whitish and seems to disappear and the color comes back, that is a circulation type. If the circle stays dark on the pinch it's a pigment type.

If they're circulation type you can treat under eyes with products containing caffeine to help 

pigment types need vitamin c, retinol, Niacinamide, Kojic acid, and glycolics 

 Roc drugstore products are a good place to start to help fade these

I've been a Revlon wearer for years

One item in the line is Color stay and it is a concealer in a tube, liquid. Maybe 10.00 but it lasts and long wearing. No caking, and applies evenly and sparingly.

I placed my first order of this exactly one year ago tomorrow.  It's a great product, but I also pay special attention to the area via skincare before applying the dark spot corrector.  You don't need to be a makeup pro to use it.  Don't over apply, just a dot at the inner and outer under eye corners and blend.

@PilatesLover  The best concealer I have ever used is the Kaja Beauty Don't Settle Concealer.   It's the only concealer that truly does not crack or settle into fine lines.  And it lasts all day.   Unfortunately, they changed the formula which is normally not a good thing    I have not used the new one (sells for $19.00 on the website).    The older one is on sale for $9.50 on the website.   I have been stocking up on it.

@Shanus   I took a chance on the DRMTLGY Luminous Eye Corrector after seeing it on a You tube Channel ( The Hooded Lid).  I am so happy with it!   I have some serious dark circles and wasn't expecting much  Pleasnt surprise! Some days I don't  need concealer with it,  just my IT CC cream and I'm good.  It is very fluid and not heavy just as you said.  I got an extra one today with the sale thank you. 

To add, I should say I got the Medium (I'm a Medium in IT CC) and it's good for a light-medium to Medium I think.

@PhilaLady1, the very same thing happened to me when I got my license renewed. I was so shocked and couldn't stop looking at it. I looked at it for days! lol, then I figured out something that might help you. 

The photo looks so bad b/c the lighting is so dark and the shadows make it all look 10X as bad. Mine is real dark with eye shadows and face shadows. 

I have to do it again, and I've made up my mind, to ask for a do over, if it's the same thing.

I've found that most concealers work, if you learn how to apply them. If you have some hollowness under your eyes from shadows, place the concealer just on the inner corner of your eyes w/o covering the entire eye, which might fall in the wrinkles. 

Also, Mally has a Shadow cream, which I use. Its not very expensive and works for shadows anywhere on your face.

I hope this helps and good luck. You can spend a lifetime looking for the right concealer.
