Please! Need stretch mark help!!

So, I'm due in 6 weeks and now seeing stretch marks on my stomach. I have been using moisturizer every day. So now instead of prevention I need repair!!!

Does anyone know of something that works? I feel there is hope since the marks are New and NOT old ones.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
