Please! Ineed some help with the Foreo

Guess I should have gone to youtube before I ordered it because after watching the demo I'm confused. It says to wash your face and rinse it before you begin. I use TACHA towash my face but it said a cream or gel wash with the Foreo. So you are washing your face twice? I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has it and what your experiance has been. Thank you for any help you can offer.
