Well done plastic surgery is a yes! Poorly done with obvious results is a no!

How did cosmetic surgery work out for Joan Rivers?

It would depend on the reason. To correct some damage thru accident, etc. - of course. For vanity - no. Especially in the U.S. women are so self critical because they are misled by photo shopped pictures of celebrities. Learn to appreciate the way you look. Be proud of every line and wrinkle. You have earned them. Most European magazines show pictures of 'real' people with all their imperfections. Very few stars had successful plastic surgery. So many have these horrid lips, frozen faces, and some look far worse after plastic surgery then they did before. No thanks.

No. I've seen too many people who look awful. Age gracefully. Is it really so hard to accept who we are?
