Would love a minor tweak but am terrified of anesthesia...even just sedation! Also, I would be nervous about the results.

It depends on what type of surgery. For just vanity reasons where there is no disfiguring marks or problems, I would not.
If I was in an accident and disfigured, or my eyes were drooping and blocking my sight, I wouldn't hesitate.
I do have a plastic surgeon remove cysts that I get from time to time on my scalp. I go to him because he does not shave my hair to do the procedure as other surgeons have done in the past.

No, I am who I am. I don't want plastic surgery to change my face. I am 71 and don't expect miracles. I am happy with myself. I am healthy and that is the most important factor in my life.

Yes, I'm fine with plastic surgery.
