I used the pink gel coat in the past and it didn't improve my nails.  I've been using Julep for a while and my nails are a lot better.

T.I.P.S works..no longer cut or push cuticles back. Key! Consistency daily. T.I.P.S mentions in the description lipids. My nails look wonderful. Woman Happy

I tried PF, & my nails split more than they ever have. Just ordered the Julep kit that was a Q2 big deal, &, although it's too soon to tell if it'll help my nails, I like the consistency of the polish better.
