Was just wondering if men use philosophy body wash and if yes what is the best scent for them

Yes, men do use the philosophy body washes.  I find the Gingerbread Man to be what I consider to be the manilest.  However, I also find that the scent of the body wash does not really stay on my body, it is just the scent in the shower.  I get the lasting scent when I layer the body wash with the body lotion and spritz.  So, truly, since the scent won't last on a man, he can really use any scent.  If it is for you, Enjoy!!

My dh likes the senorita margarita and lemon custard scents.

Yes, the scent doesn't linger. My DH has used Fresh Cream & Gingerbread Man.

My husband likes body washes.  I've asked him several times about scent.  He always says, he doesn't notice the scents and the scent doesn't matter to him.  I've never noticed a lingering scent of any bath wash on his skin.  I guess he showers so fast that he never takes the time to notice any scent like I would.

My DH and my son both use Philosophy 3 n 1 and have for years. 

Their favorites are Gingerbreadman, Candycane, Apple Cider,  and Pure Grace. They also like the vanilla-based scents as well as anything fruity especially apple. My son's favorite is Pumpkin Spice Muffin, which currently isn't for sale. 

Good luck, with whatever you choose. As others have mentioned the scents do not linger on the skin after the shower.
