I ordered from Philosophy's website when they had their 30% off sale on 6/12, and 8 days later haven't received it yet. What does this come by, pony express? Then they have the nerve to send me 2 e-mails wanting me to take a survey about merchandise I haven't even gotten yet. Beauty.com and Sephora.com are so much faster. Philosophy has got to find a better way for getting your order to you in a timely fashion.(Most of the time I forget what I even ordered!)
